A lot has been said about stress, how to overcome stress and stress management techniques and sometimes we confuse stress with hardwork so here are STRESS/ HARDWORK QUESTIONS we all need to answer.
DO YOU WANT TO DO IT?
There is a huge difference between time invested into something that you are really passionate about and time invested in doing “what you are supposed to do”.
If you are not happy doing what you are doing, working the job you are employed to do or anything at all, you are very likely to be stressed out every single minute doing it. And this is not a question of whether you are good at it or whether it is a 9 to 12 job or if it is a fat paycheck, if your emotions are not alright with it, then nothing can be done about your feeling as though you are being punished.
HOW LONG ARE YOU WORKING?
Yes till tomorrow this remains a very valid question because even though we created computers and robots and machines, we cannot sustain the amount of work that they can.
The human body needs to rest and regenerate itself so to speak, so if what you are doing does not afford you time to do this, then we can say for a fact that you are subjecting yourself to stress.
DO YOU KNOW THE HACKS?
Lets say you are really passionate about what you do and you really want to work hard at it but you cannot help getting stressed out, do you know the hacks? And am not just talking about caffeine.
